Is the installation of the product easy?

When should the filter be replaced?
  • We recommend monthly replacements due to the water quality conditions in the Philippines.
  • It can be used for over three months when paired with the WHP-3000 or PRE-UF products.
  • However, we recommend replacing it if you notice any odors in the water or a reduction in water pressure.
  • Otherwise, it is fine to continue using it.
How do I replace the filter?
  • Open the lid of the filter housing and remove the contaminated filter.
  • After installing the new filter, securely close the lid.
  • No special tools are needed for filter replacement.
  • If you find it difficult to open the lid, we recommend wearing rubber gloves while working.
What are the precautions for installing the product?
  • Applying excessive force to the product may pose a risk of damage.
  • Please ensure that the rubber packing between the housing and the filter is properly in place before installation.
  • If the rubber packing is missing or damaged, there is a risk of leakage, so please exercise caution.
Is it compatible with any faucet adapter?
  • In general, faucets that conform to international standards are mostly compatible.
  • There may be occasional exceptions. In such cases, please contact customer service.
