NSF Certified Filter
Alkaline Filter
The alkaline filter is a premium product meticulously crafted using NSF-certified Kuraray activated carbon and Bio-Cera ceramic balls.Alkaline water effectively reduces active oxygen in the body, promoting overall health.
No more worries about water quality.
PRE-Membrane Filter
The pre-membrane filter serves as a replacement for the 1st stage sediment filter when the PVDF (WHP-3000) water purifier is not in use, protecting the 2nd to 4th stage filters from low water quality issues and ensuring optimal filter performance.
Comparison of PRE-Membrane and Sediment Filter
Please verify whether the first-stage sediment filter serves to protect the subsequent filters.
- A 1-5 micron sediment filter alone is insufficient to effectively purify the water supplied to households in the Philippines.
- The first-stage sediment filter used in drinking water purifiers is 5 microns.
- As shown in the video, in the Philippines' water conditions, sediment filters cannot effectively protect the subsequent filters.
Features
The highest quality filter ensures the best water quality as drinking water.
Made in KOREA
All filters are manufactured in Korea.
Advanced Technology
The technology to organize and pack the material of the filter is the best.
Highest Quality
All filters are manufactured using only the highest quality materials that are globally certified.
Compact Size
Considering the size of the water purifier and the amount of water purification, the most appropriate size, 10-inch / 8-inch filter, has been standardized.

FAQ
A few things clients normally ask us about water purifier filter.
Do I have to replace accessories like L-fitting, tubing hose, faucet, etc?
- Accessories such as fittings, tubing hoses, and faucets are consumables.
- If used for a long time, it is recommended to replace it every one to two years because there is a risk of water stains and leakage inside.
I want to buy a filter in advance, can I keep it for a long time?
- Long-term storage is possible if water is not passed through the filter.
- Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool place that is not humid.
What does the date on the filter mean?
- The date written on the filter is its date of manufacturing.
Do I have to flush the filter individually when I change it?
- Flushing is the process of removing air and various components (carbon, film preservation liquid) from the inside using water.
- For effective flushing, each filter must be carried out.
Why is there black water and powder?
- The 2nd, 4th and alkaline filters are made of activated carbon material, so activated carbon dust may come out during initial installation or replacement.
- Flushing is performed until no black water or black powder is produced.
- It is more effective if you use a tool such as a spoon to lightly tap the filter and flush it.
- Drinking water mixed with black powder is harmless to the human body.
Why does the water bubble and turn blurry after changing the filter?
- The first time you install the filter, the remaining air inside the filter comes out with water.
- In addition, the carbon dust in the filter can come into contact with water and form white fine bubbles, which is a natural phenomenon.
- For direct water purifiers, symptoms disappear when the inside of the filter is filled with water.
- For cold water purifiers, bubbles disappear while water is stored in the reservoir.
Fitting Connection/Removal & Flushing Method
Following the instructions makes it easy and simple.
Fitting Connection
- Improper connections may result in the risk of leaks.
- When connecting the fittings to the filter and hose, please push them firmly to the end to prevent leaks.
- After installation, be sure to perform a leak check.
Fitting Removal
- It may be difficult to disconnect the fittings under vacuum inside the hose.
- Be sure to close the raw water valve first, then open the treated water valve to drain the water.
- Afterwards, begin disconnecting the fittings.
- Insert a fitting separator between the filter nozzle and the fitting.
- Use the lever principle to push the fitting upwards and disconnect it.
- If you do not have a fitting separator, use a spoon instead.
Filter Flushing : General and Alkaline
- Flushing must be performed individually for each filter.
- For the 2nd and 4th stage filters and the alkaline filter, use a tool such as a spoon to gently tap the filter while flushing.
- This will effectively remove any remaining carbon powder.
- The 1st and 3rd stage filters should be flushed with more than 2 liters of water.
- The 2nd and 4th stage filters, as well as the alkaline filter, should be flushed until no black water or residue remains.
Filter Flushing : PRE-Membrane
- The pre-membrane filter has the inlet at the bottom.
- The other fitting connection at the bottom must be sealed.
- Flush for at least 3 minutes.
